2. Purpose and Scope of the Platform

It enables users to share images and videos captured by security cameras, whether fixed or mobile devices (cell phones), to connect this material with contributions from other neighbors. The goal is to build evidence sequences that may be used by official authorities to determine whether they qualify as proof, testimony, or evidence in the context of a formal investigation.

3. Voluntary User Collaboration
By submitting material to the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner or have the necessary rights to share the submitted images and videos. The images and videos provided will be automatically linked to other user-shared content based on date, time, and location criteria to reconstruct the incident sequence. We do not edit, alter, or manipulate the content; we only link it.
Access to the images cannot be requested after 72 hours from the time the reported incident occurred.
Image requests will only be processed if the requester has previously filed an official complaint with the relevant authorities.

4. Use and Distribution of Images
The material shared on the Platform may not be distributed, sold, or publicly published, neither by users nor by Innvocam. The only exception is access provided to official authorities to support investigations.
The images will be used exclusively for the mentioned purposes, i.e., to aid in resolving incidents in public spaces. They will not be shared with unauthorized third parties or used for commercial purposes.
The Platform commits to delivering the images only to the corresponding authorities within the jurisdiction where the official complaint was filed.

5. Declaration of Truthfulness
By providing images and submitting a request, you declare under oath that any related complaint is truthful and that the material submitted corresponds to the reported incident. Innvo is not responsible for any misuse of the Platform by users who provide false or misleading information.

6. Content Deletion
Once the image sequences have been delivered to the authorities, all material will be permanently deleted from our servers. This ensures the privacy of collaborators and the integrity of the investigation process.
Images not used in the context of a formal complaint will also be deleted within a reasonable time frame to avoid unnecessary retention.

7. Disclaimer of Liability
Innvocam is not responsible for the authenticity, quality, or accuracy of the content provided by users. Our role is limited to linking material based on the data provided (date, time, and location) by collaborators.
The Platform assumes no liability for offensive, inappropriate, or rights-infringing images shared by users. However, we reserve the right to remove any content deemed to violate our policies or others’ rights.
Innvocam cannot guarantee that the submitted images will result in the effective resolution of reported incidents or that they will be considered evidence by the relevant authorities.

8. Prohibition of Improper Use
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Platform for purposes other than those permitted. Specifically, selling, distributing, or publicly publishing material shared on the Platform, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
Any attempt to commercialize, misuse, or unauthorized publication of the images may result in the suspension of the user’s account and legal action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
User privacy is fundamental. Innvo adopts technical and organizational measures to protect the data shared on the Platform. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or technical failures.
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by official authorities within the framework of an investigation.

10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform and take effect immediately upon publication. Users are encouraged to periodically review these terms to stay informed.
